This is my first blog post for my website! Hurray! :D Hopefully it is the first of many :)
So far I've been having a good monday. I wasn't the most productive today. At least, not as productive as I would've liked, I guess... But then again, when am I? xD All in all, I got some stuff done, and that's still good :)
I started counting (or at least guestimating) calories again today. Yippee x_x After finding out I'd been counting rice incorrectly, thus ruining what I thought was a safe diet meal (eggy rice: a raw egg over freshly cooked rice with some sauces. one of my favorites :'I), I stopped counting for... probaly a couple months ._. I've never had a great track record with keeping it up anyway, I guess xP But here I go, trying again!!
I don't wanna be skinny, necessarily. I just wanna lose a little more weight... I've lost a good bit since I moved in with Big Cat, but I need to lose a chunk more to get to my goal weight. Even if I still overeat too much (I love fooooood TT^TT), and can still be a bit too lazy, my diet and activity levels are much better than they were before I moved. However, after losing the weight that lifestyle change helped me shave off, I've been struggling to make more of a dent than that. It's so hard to be good, especially consistantly :'I Plus, I never drink enough fluids, so I'm always dehydrated and holding a ton of water, so the number on the scale is always a nightmare ;;-;;
Gah, it's not good to gripe about it all this much though... I'm motivated, even if for just right this minute!! xD I'm gonna work hard and make progress!! I believe in myself, even if I don't really!! Because I have to believe in myself to actually get anyware, so I'm gonna force that belief whether I like it or not!!! xD
Big Cat got to try the lunches I meal prepped for him yesterday. He's been having issues getting too hungry throughout the day, and quick lunches like eggs or grilled cheese and whatnot just weren't cutting it. So yesterday he sent me a meal prep recipe, and I made him a weeks worth of lunches. He sent me a recipe for uh... some kind of cilantro lime chicken! He said he liked it, and it seemed to work out much better for him :) So I suppose I'll be doing a little lunch prepping on Sundays from now on! It saves me some of time not having to do it during the week anyhow, haha!
I wanted to work on my website a bit more than I did today, but I was slow with my chores, and also wanted to finish my birthday invitations. I suppose I have some time to make graphics and stuff now, but I'm a little burnt out for the day xP I'm not a person with a lot of stamina, not at all xD
Though I don't have a proper link to these blogs on my homepage yet, I did want to start typing them up, and Monday is always a good fresh start for things like this :) I can be a bit chatty, so some of them will be a bit long, like this one, lol! But sometimes I don't feel so chatty, so they won't all be such a wall of text, haha!! However, they will all be a bit scatter brained, like so xD
I just finished making the birthday party invitations I mentioned ^^ I made one for my Big Cat (his is kind of redundant, but I don't want him to feel left out of course, hehe!), and his two friends (which are my friend as well, by proxy xD((and really my only irl friends, save for Big Cat ovo;;)))... For the sake of this website, I'll refer to them as... Party Animal and Red Dog! :) They're swell guys, and it makes me happy that they're willing to celebrate my birthday with me ^^
This is my second birthday since moving in with Big Cat, and the second birthday I've had a party and made invitations for :> Last year I just drew some cute little animals in party hats on them. Big Cat got a big bat with a bow tie, Party Animal got a cat and dog dancing, and Red Dog got a bunny playing the bass (that's what he plays!) :) This year, I drew everyone's favorite My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic characters! :D Big Cat got Rainbow Dash, Party Animal got Pinkie Pie, and Red Dog got Sweetie Belle :> I think they all turned out really well! Big Cat had to take me to Hobby Lobby to get some glue to make these (I pasted the characters onto some colored paper. It looks very nice :>), and while we were there I got some glittle glue too. So the invitations also have some hearts and stars I made with the glitter glue :3
I thought for a while about if I wanted to do something different this year, but in the end I decided on doing the same party as last year :) We're gonna eat at my favorite nearby restaurant, this really great Mecxican place. Then, we're gonna go bowling!!! :D I love bowling ^^ I'm not very good at it, but that's okay xD Neither is Big Cat or Red Dog... But Party Animal is a great bowler, lol!! Makes us all look bad TT0TT
I wish I could go bowling more, but it's kind of hard to get everyone out to do it, and even if I did wanna go alone, it's so expensive these days :/ It makes me really happy to get to go for my birthday, though :)
I'm so excited to give them all their invitations tonight, and I'm even more excited for my actual birthday party!!! I wonder what kind of birthday treat I'll make for myself, hehe... Man, birthdays are so fun. I just wish it didn't mean I was getting older xD Don't let my childish nature fool you. I'm quickly approaching old hag territory (if I'm not already there)!!! x0x
I'm getting pretty hungry. Monday may be a good fresh start, but it's not an easy start for counting calories! 0_0 We go to a local bar with Party Animal and Red Dog (as well as some of Party Animal's friends, usually) for dinner on Monday's. It's a fun traditon, and it makes the start of the work week a little more pleasant... But the food isn't exactly light, and it ends up being much later than we normally eat dinner. I try to make grand plans to be good and order reasonably, but I get so hungry and go a little wild on the tasty, tempting junk food TT0TT
I'm crossing my fingers that we can go soon (though it'll likely be another hour, maybe an hour and a half ._.), and that I'll be good!!! >0< I should maybe eat a little snack, but I worry about ruining my appetite completely... Gah!!! What a conundrum...
Well, I think that's enough rambling for my first blog post! Haha! This was fun, and easier than handwriting a diary, hehe. I hope I keep up with this, close to, if not daily :) It's doubtful anyone's gonna read this novel or any future ones, lol, but I'm not writing this under the assumption anybody but me will. This is for me, and I'm having fun :)

Didn't sleep the greatest last night, so I slept in a little bit this morning. Woke up to a grey, stormy, gloomy day, and something made me sad too (it's easy to do). I have to go to the store, do/put away some laundry, clean out the fridge, and make dinner. I'm not even dressed yet, and it's raining pretty hard now. It's gonna be a tough day :(

I got what I wanted done, and that made me feel a little better :) I just did a small load of laundry, and only put away some towels and socks.... But hey, it still counts!
I did alright with my calories too... I think, lol. We got some froyo as a little treat, and I'm not entirely sure what the damage was... It probably wasn't great, because I got lots of fun toppings v////v ... But I did pretty good during the day before that, so as long as it wasn't like. Over 1000cal, which I kind of doubt, I was probably fine. ╮(ᵕ—ᴗ—)╭
I was gonna play some Sims or something, but I've just been kind of bumming around on YouTube since then. I should probably play a game or something before the nights out tho :P I mean. It'd be better if I did some drawing or maybe worked on stuff for my page here, but... I just don't feel like it x_x
I had a hard time. I wish I wasn't so moody, but it is what it is, and I gotta work with it :/ In the end I did okay, and am feeling better than I was this morning. At least I earned my sticker for the day, heheh :)

Today was a pretty pleasant day ^^ I did a little more laundry and got Big Cat's basket put away (hurray!). I didn't do much else in the way of chores though. I suppose I cleaned up the kitchen and took care of the dishes and what not, but that's a daily thing, more or less :P I do need to give the stove a good wipe down, but I think I'll save that for tomorrow =9=
I took our cat, Toad, out on the front sidewalk with his harness for a bit today. He did well :) It's funny that he wants freedom so bad, but gets all nervous as soon as we're half a house away from home xD He made me happy by behaving pretty well :) ... That is, until he got really antsy when I passed too close to a bush he wanted to explore in, but I wouldn't let him because he'd get tanlged :P Oh well, that was sort of my fault for teasing him with that lol!
I wasn't sure what to make for dinner today, so Big Cat found a recipe and sent it to me. I was a baked salmon over potatoes and a creamy leek sauce with capers and chives... I was unsure of it initially. I'd never had capers before. Also, the recipe was a little confusing at a glance. I didn't realize it was a British website at first lol. Did you know that what we call broiling, they call grilling? That really threw me for a loop xD
In the end, it was easy to make, and super tasty! :D I actually really loved the capers. They smelled pretty strongly, which worried me a bit, but the taste was pretty subtle and nice :) I'm definitely saving this recipe!! When I finally get my recipe page up, running, and filled out, be sure to keep an eye out for this one, hehe!! I tweaked it a pinch, but my tweaks worked well for us :) Dinner turned out so well, Big Cat suggested I make it again tomorrow xD We'll see, haha!
It was surprisingly cool for a July day. I think it only got to like... 70 degrees outside :0 After dinner, we got a scoop of ice cream. I've been really into sprinkles lately, lol. Dieting is so hard when you live with a "treatlerite" (his words xD)... Also when you're weak willed towards treats yourself TT0TT. Ah well, I think I was still pretty okay today :) After ice cream, we went for a little walk in the park. I even need a jacket :v It was nice though. I would've actually liked to go for longer, but it was already getting kind of late.
I just took a shower and sat back down at my computer. I was working on some stuff for my website today. I changed the button to my about page, and got pretty far on a button for my blog page ^^ But I'm done with that for today, and just wanna play games now :P
I ended up typing a little more than expected! I can be quite the chatterbox sometimes, haha! It also takes me a while to read over and stuff :P

Hello again, internet! I had another nice day :) Nothing too special, but that's part of why it was so nice ^^ Well, I guess it was a little special, in a way... But everyday is, in its own way, haha!
I worked on my website a little more today :) I finally got a button for my blog on the home page, hurray! :D I kinda doubt anyones gonna read all this, but it still feels nice for it to be accessible :3 I was pretty proud of how this button turned out, too ^^ Makes me wanna edit the about button again Xvx;; But I'm gonna at least try to get all the other ones done first v0v I'm almost finished with a home button to put on these auxiliary pages, and it's turning out super cute :3 I think I'm gonna put it under the page headers... We'll see! I really want to tweak the format of the whole site to be a little cuter, I think... But that stuff's hard, gosh! I'll get to that after I do more basic stuff, getting a base line for everything going first :0 Right now, buttons are the project :3
It was another lighter chore day, but I did finally get all the laundry put away! :D That feels really good. It's one of my least favorite chores, but it piles up so bad when I ignore it =^= (which it had x-x).
I took Toad out front for a little walk on the sidewalk again today. He did well again :3 It's nice to see him get all that stimulation from the sights and sounds and smells and stuff, hehe... We got further than yesterday, too! It was suuuuper funny tho... I took him back the other direction to see how far we could make it the other way, and just as we passed the house, a mail lady came walking up behind us... and Toad absolutely FLIPPED out TT0TT He was spazzing and trying to run away! I'm so glad he didn't get all tangled up, sometimes he can get out of his harness when he does that x0 But oh my gosh he freaked out sooo bad, his tail was all poofed up, and he was trucking it to get back to his little home in the garage. Really, the funniest thing about it all, was that he freaked out worse over the mail lady simply approaching than he does when the dog charges at him 0u0 What a weird little guy xD
I made the same dinner as yesterday, as per Big Cat's request, lmao. It feels really funny to make the same meal twice in a row. Not leftovers, cooking the whole meal over again just the next day xD It was good again :3 I got some nicer salmon for it, which was even tasiter ^^ Buuut they were a little bigger and ended up a little undercooked :P Nothing disasterous though, and I will simply know better for next time v0v
We went on another nice walk, two miles today! It was fun :) At the end of the walking trail we use there's this lovely vineyard place we like to go sometimes. It has multiple restaurants and bars, and we were gonna go to one of the bars for a drink. It was super packed though. The whole vineyard has been insanely busy this summer, it kind of sucks xD We went down to the nicest restaurant on the campus though, and it wasn't quite as bad. We were able to get a seat at the community table (y'know, one of those long tables that's an extension of the bar). We sat right across from this older couple celebrating their anniversary. It was awkward .//_//. ... But they were nice, and left just before we got our drinks, so it was fine :) I got a pear martini and it was sooooo good. One of the best cocktails I've had, honestly. The waitress loves it too lol, she was saying it was the best when I ordered it. She even offered to give me the recipe! :D It's in my purse now ^^ So nice...
I actually did really good on my diet today, and that makes me happy :) That salmon dinner isn't too light, given all the cream, but it isn't too heavy either. I had some coffee (with sugar, of course), and I boiled some eggs for the very first time lol! Can you believe I've never done that? I went for soft boiled and they turned out lovely! Thanks Google xD All that was light enough that my cocktail wasn't a huge hit. I have enough room for a late night snack if I really wanted to, hehe >v< .... Buuut I don't think I will :3c.
Rambling about my diet and what I ate today feels like such a silly thing to blog about xD Like, who cares??... Well... Me! This is for me, hehe...
Big Cat saw me writing this blog and said it was so "sad" and "wrong" that I'm typing it directly into the HTML editor xD I don't see any issue with it though, it works just fine!! Why worry about a middle man(program)? :P He also thinks it's weird I use the built in editor here on Neocities 0w0 YouTube videos I've watched to help me learn HTML have also said the same... But I just don't get why :P I think it works perfectly fine, and again, why worry about a middle man(program)?? xD
I~ don't really feel like reading over this one right now. Sorry if it's extra rambly, or repetetive, or there's mistakes v0v .... No skin off my back today :3c

I have to restrain myself and be really quick tonight! I have to get to bed! I should probably already be in it >0< !!! We're waking up early tomorrow to have a fun Saturday breakfast and watch anime with Party Animal. I'm so bad at waking up in the morning, so I really can't linger!! I could've just skipped, sure... But I have things to say, ah!!! Even if I can't say them all in time, I still want to say some >0< !!!
I got my hair trimmed and did a lot of grocery shopping today. I was out for hours! It really wore me out, my my!!! I was going to meal prep Big Cat's lunches today, but I was too pooped, and it was already getting a little late by the time I was done... So oh well ┐(´ー｀)┌ I'll do it this weekend, or maybe Monday.
I had my favorite eggy rice today for a really late lunch, and then Big Cat made some surprise burgers for a kind of late dinner. The burgers were sooo delicious, some oh his best work to date! He's so good on the grill, hehe. Despite two kind of dense meals, I still ended up under 2k calories by just a smidge. Not bad, not bad! I was pretty hungry after a bigger defecit yesterday. I was going insane while I was shopping, haha!
I walked Toad some more and he did well, got scared of some people he heard tho lol. I'm really surprised how scared he is of people. I wouldn't have expected it. Big Cat and I went on another walk today too, this time at night. It was just a shorter walk through the neighborhood, but the nighttime darkness and cooler air was lovely, and I had a lot of fun :)
I need to go get tucked in now! Big Cat's gonna stay up a little longer, otherwise he might not get to sleep, but I need my beauty rest or I get gruuuumpyyyyy xD I'm gonna make him tuck me in tho :9

Hi!!! I just finished getting dressed, hehe :3 It took me a while, because I wasn't sure what dress to wear, and I did my mascara (that always takes me a minute :P I've not been doing my makeup for very long!).
I wanna talk a little more about yesterday, since I had to rush that entry to much :v Then I'll talk about this morning :3 Aren't you so excited to hear it all, my imaginary audience? xD
Big Cat looove thrift shopping! So yesterday we went to Goodwill, but there wasn't anything interesting there, so we also stopped at the local flea market/thrift store/thingy lol. That place can be a lot of fun! There's a booth with lots of really good old barbies, and it's sooo hard not to buy at least one every time... But I restrained myself :3 Maybe next time! It's always scary to think that the best ones may be gone though... I did get a nice cheap G3 My Little Pony though, in good condition! It was Wisteria :3 I just watched the Princess Promenade the other day, hehe! She's my third one now, along with a Sunny Daze and Sparleworks :D I'll have to take pictures of all my fun toys and stuffies and show you all someday :3 Gorsh, I wish I had a camera!>0<
I also got a cute little Domo stuffie keychain, and an itty bitty little stuffie stingray keychain ^^ I put the stingray on my little lemon purse, but I'm not sure what I'll do with Domo... Hehe, Domo is wearing a polo and shorts, he looks like a dad at a barbeque :3
Big Cat was gonna get this really beautiful and fancy old apothecary's box... but he misread the pricetag! o0o Really badly! xox He thought it said 30 dollars but really it said 375 dollars!!!!!! @0@ !!!! I'm not sure how he misread it so badly 0v0 ... We didn't even notice until the ownder handed us the reciept 0_0 Luckily he just undid that charge... And he was nice about it too :> I wonder how often that sort of thing happens there... The tags can be a little hard to read sometimes (they're all hand written), and I know just the other day I overheard a woman say she misread a tag herself. Perhaps he's used to it, hehe...
I think that's all I wanted to mention from yesterday :P
Buuut... Now I wanna talk a little about this morning, hehe :3
We got up at about quarter after 8. I changed from the jammies I slept in, into my sock monkey footie pajamas :D They're kewl and comfy, but they get super warm, so I didn't want to sleep in them :P After I got changed, while Big Cat took his morning shower, I started making the coffee and getting ready to make breakfast. I did really well getting up and getting right to it this morning!! Normally it takes me a little while before I even just make coffee, but I guess I was excited today, and that helped me push through the morning fog :) I made sausage links and and egg scrambled with onions and red peppers. When Big Cat was done showering, about when I started the sausage, he made some French toast :< Party Animal showed up just a couple minutes before everything was finished.
When we finally sat down to eat, everything was soooo gooood. The scrambled wasn't my best. It was a little big for the pan I made it in, so it didn't cook perfectly. It was still good though :3 The sausages were great, of course. They're a house recipe from the butcher we use, and there's no beating them!!! As for Big Cat's French toast... Well, just like yesterday's burgers, they were some of his best work!!! He's been on a roll, huh? :o !! He makes really good French toast any time he makes it, but he changed it up a little today, and it reeeally paid of :) I would love to tell you how, but he likes to keep his secrets, and he gets upset if I share them v0v So I promised I wouldn't!!! Sorry, no perfect French toast for you v_v :P
After we had such a lovely breakfast, we went and watched a few episodes of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. Big Cat rented the box set from the library, and they want it back today, so we wanted to get a few more episodes in at least. That's why we had out little Saturday morning cartoon romp, haha! Breakfast was my idea :3c Unfortunately, we're only half way or so through the series, and we have to give it back now :( Big Cat was looking into maybe just buying the dvds from somewhere, though. It's been really good so far :) I don't think any of us have ever seen the movie :0 But the show has been interesting and fun :3
After that, we cleaned up breakfast (though I still gotta wipe the stove, bah :P), and Big Cat left to go pick up an old laptop he bought off of Facebook market place a little while ago. I would normally go with him, but I just didn't feel like it today :P Other than that, I think we'll probably go to the library today (I've got a bunch of manga to return as well), maybe stop by a little Christmas in July get together at the brewery Party Animal frequents, and then I have to bake the cookies for Party Animal's birthday tomorrow :3 He wants gingerbread cookies lol. Ever since I made the recipe for them in the winter, he can't get enough, and requests them all the time xD I'm flattered! v//u//v I'll have to share that with you all, as well as my other recipes, soon enough :)
Tomorrow for Party Animal's birthday, we're taking him to see The Fifth Element in theatres, and then we're gonna go to dinner afterwards :) I'm looking forward to it! ^^ A busy, but fun weekend indeed! :D

I didn't end up getting back to this last night :P It was a big day, my my!!
After Big Cat got back from getting his computer, we went to the library and dropped off a bunch of stuff. We also looked around a bit, but I didn't get anything new. I'm still reading volume 3 of Cardcaptor Sakura, and then I've got some other stuff here at home I think I wanna read. Big Cat checked out a manga and another anime dvd tho :3
After that, I made the gingerbread cookies. They ended up as good as the first time I made them, finally!! The first time I made them was during cold weather, but it's been warmer every time since, and I've struggled to get the chewy texture right... I was a lot more careful this time though, and looked up some tips. They ended up perfectly chewy and great!! :D I gave Party Animal a bakers dozen, and Red Dog got three as a little treat because I like him, hehe :3 Then me and Big Cat have our cookie jar full of the rest! >w< We got a really cure Mrs. Rabbit (y'know, Beatrix Potter) cookie jar a little bit ago, and this is the first time using her :3 She works wonderfully as a cookie jar and she's so cute ^w^ We had another cookie jar before, but it was a little small, and square in shape, which wasn't ideal for cookies. We switched that one over to being a candy jar and it works much better for that ^^
Party Animal asked us to come have a drink with him at the brewery he hangs out at all the time, so that's what we did! That's where I gave out the cookies. We were running late, and I was told Red Dog was probably gonna be gone, so that made me sad, because I wanted to give him his cookies too :( .... But when we got there, he was still there, hurray! :D Big Cat and I stayed for just a little while and each a drink. Honestly? The drink wasn't too good xD And I think it had some banana in it or something, cause it made my throat a little tight and the back of my mouth a little numb ._. But I was okay. We left after a polite few minutes to say hello, then went and got some chicken tenders for dinner hehe :3
When we got home, I played a day in Stardew Valley, then passed out for a little nap... I was so tired >0< !! When I woke up, Big Cat and I went to see the hot air balloon festival they have nearby. It was kind of late though, so when we got there, there were only a couple balloons floating around, tied to the ground. I was really hoping to get a balloon to have, like a little hellium balloon to tie around my wrist and carry around, y'know? But somehow no one was selling any!! D: No balloons at the balloon festival?!! How lame... Despite all that though, it was a nice night and fun to walk around with my Big Cat :> So I wouldn't say it was a loss, not at all.
We had to stop at WalMart after that, and Big Cat was hankering for lemonade he didn't get at the fair lol (the lines were all crazy, and I can make it better at home anyway hehe), so we picked up some lemons and I made some late night lemonade at like 10:30 at night lol. The WalMart lemons weren't quite as good or something, though, cause it ended up a little sour and generally less tasty than usual :( But it's still okay, and we have some sweet tea to mix it with too. I drank some water with just a splash of lemonade last night too, and that was nice and refreshing :)
We were intending to go to church this morning, and it's been a while since we've been... But we got to bed a pinch late, and it's just such a busy weekend already, so we decided that we'll skip one more week. We're going to for sure go next Sunday, and we might stop by and see if they do a Wednesday night service or something this week too. It's a good habit to be in, going to church on Sunday morning. It's just so hard to wake up early and get going in time, gah!! x0x But it's important, so we gotta try harder, and we will!!!! >0<
We did stop at our favorite coffee shop for a little coffee treat this morning though :> They've had a barista that's not been the best lately, and he's been there every time recently... But luckily today the owner's wife was there instead, and she's really good and very nice :D We both got a mocha and a cinnamon roll =q= Normally we share the cinnamon roll, but Big Cat wanted one to himself, and he let me have my very own too >:3c .... Whaaat? I don't count calories on the weekend! xD I'll be super good this upcoming week (ㅅ •᷄ ₃•᷅ ) Hehe... It was a nice time, though :3 Some older woman made sure to tell Big Cat how much she liked his style, and how handsome he was xD It was amusing lol!! She was spot on though... Sure does have good taste >:3c
Now we're just chilling at home :) We have the movie with Party Animal and some dinner with him and Red Dog afterwards later tonight. I told Big Cat I wanted to just relax a little before all that, it's been such a big weekend!!! =0=

I don't actually think I'm in the mood to type too much :P We'll see how that goes though, haha! xD
The movie and dinner were a lot of fun yesterday! :) It was a great time, and after dinner everyone came to our house to watch a little anime. Big Cat rented Banana Fish from the library, because there was a poster in the background of Ghost in the Shell that said "See Banana Fish." Turns out it was probably refering to the short story it's named for, or if not that, the manga, because the Banana Fish anime didn't come out until 16 years later! :0 We watched the first episode and I think most of the second. It was pretty decent. Very homosexual, though, which was a surprise xD We had to stop kinda short though. Big Cat had a big CRT TV sitting in the mud room for a long time that he finally cleaned out, and he had Party Animal and Red Dog help him move it. We were using that to watch the show, but it started glitching out and flashing black after a while :/ Too bad, really... It's a nice TV, looks great. I feel bad for Big Cat too :( Maybe he can fix it... I hope so! D:
Today was a pretty good day. Pretty standard! I made Big Cat some stuff for the week's lunches, washed the sheets, vacuumed, played some Fire Emblem, yada yada... I did really well with my diet even though we are at the bar tonight. I got to eat a satisfying little lunch, a super tasty dinner, and still ended up in a nice defeciet, even while I drink my little Clearly Canadian treat as I type this :) That made me really happy ^^

Yesterday was my first day not blogging since I started!! :0 Woah!! Not that you guys missed out on much, hehe. It was a pretty standard day. But I suppose I'll yap about it a little here while I sip my coffee anyway :3
I slept in a bit because I didn't sleep well over night, so I had an extra slow start. It was Big Cat's comped lunch day so I went and picked up some sandwiches. The sandwich shop downtown has the beeeest sandwiches and cookies =q= Mine wasn't comped hehe, but I still got one :3c After a bit I went to the store and got stuff for dinner, and it ended up being a bit of an ordeal :/
I got some stuff from the Italian store down the road. They have really good pasta and sausage, but I went ahead and bought some cheese and sauce there too. Well, it turns out the cheese had freaking canola oil in it?? Ew!! So I had to make another trip back to the grocery store to get some fresh mozzarella :P And later when I was cooking, I noticed the sauce had a ton of soybean oil in it too!! D:< What the heck!! Luckily, I had enough canned tomato stuff in the cabinet that I just made my own marinara sauce real quick... I shoulda done that from the beggining :/ It's cheaper, it's healthier, it tastes good, and it only takes a few extra minutes... Well, all that hassle was so I could make some baked ziti!! It turned out so good ^^ I've been wanting to make that for a bit hehe. I wanted to make it more than I wanted to eat it, honestly xD But it was really good, and we have a ton of leftovers :3
Well, I had some freshly bought, unopened cheese and sauce, and of course I threw away the reciept... I couldn't just waste it, that'd feel so awful D: So I texted the older couple that lives across the street and offered to bring it to them. When they got home from dinner I walked over and handed it to them. They're so nice, and they were so excited I'd thought of them xD I lingered and chatted with them for a bit. They paid me back for the items, despite my protests. It was nice of them though :) The lady also cut some flowers from her garden for me to bring home and put in the vase on our table xD It felt like walking home from grandma's house lmao TT0TT
Other than that it was a pretty slow, average day :P We went and picked up some coffee. Bummed around v0v
Today's shaping up to be another lazy day, honestly x.x Slow start, feeling sluggish... I gotta be sure I at least get dressed soon and do a couple little things, bwah >-<
I guess I'll be back later to at least add a mood for the day, if not to talk a little more :P This little entry took extra long because I was chatting with Big Cat in the middle of it hehe.

Felt really weird all day. Incredibly [self filtering activated] too. Bluh. Maybe it's the full moon. Or maybe I just suck. Or both?
I feel kinda bad right now. I wanna say unpleasant things and self depricate and stuff, but I suppose it's better I don't.

Heyyy don't feel like typing too much. Don't have too much to say anyhow :P (Spoiler: I still typed a surprising amount for how little I did today ovo;;)
Paaart of me is tempted to yap about my feelings buuut... Maybe not really lol. Perhaps another time xD
I'm doin better than yesterday, but still felt weird and off... Once again didn't get a single thing done, ugh... That makes me feel really bad, but maybe I needed the reset... I played some Sims 2&3, did some building and decorating in them. I also went on a walk with Big Cat and got some lunch. It's a bummer, because we were gonna try to not eat out at all this week... But we did pretty well compared to usual, and I ended up having a tough week which made it extra hard. We'll just have to try again and succeed :) Maybe not next week, though v///v
I sure hope I can go into next week strong and get plenty done v.v This upcoming Friday is my birthday, so I wanna have a good week and a clean house leading up to it :) Gotta be praying more for strength...
Big Cat and I just finished watching Spoony's let's play of Phatnasmagoria 2. We watched the whole thing tonight lol. It was fun! The game was really cool and the story was interesting. It did make us want milkshakes, though, which we weren't able to get. So that was a bit of a bummer pfff. I'd never seen a Spoony video before, though I'd heard of him through Oney Plays lol. Big Cat apparently watched him a lot back when he was younger. I enjoyed it, he was pretty funny (at least before I hear he went a bit crazy... poor gut :<). I do kinda wish I coulda heard the game better/read more of the written stuff tho :P Oh well! It was a fun way to spend a Friday night :)
I uploaded some old poems today! I don't have a link to the poetry page on my index yet xP But I'll be working on that soon! It's been fun to go back through them and type them up. Sadly, I don't have many, and they don't go back horribly far. I really don't write enough (or draw for that matter. I need to be more creative >.<), and I have a bad habit of getting rid of old art and poems. Especially poems x_x they always feel so embaressing to look back on ;;v;; Posting stuff like that here will hopefully make it easier to keep and bypass my compulsion to throw out too much old stuff when I go on the occasional organization spree. I've got about three more poems on hand I could type up. One's not my best, but not too bad, so I just might. One I'm not sure that I finished? And one I wrote during a straight up melt down, so we'll see if that's even a viable candidate for posting, haha @v@;; (it might just be pure rambling nonsense, we'll see). It's really late, but maybe I can get one or two more up tonight (if more than one are even worth posting).
And well... That's the last blog of July!!! :0 I managed nearly every day since I started on the 20th! This month went out with a bit of a whimper... But that's okay, it happens, and you can ever do is keep trying. I'm gonna try to stay positive :)
